Minnie found her home!

So Tulsa, who turned out to be Minnie, went back to her home today. Chelsea and I were a bit concerned about bringing her back because, from what it seemed, she spent most of her time chained up outside, and this was her fourth time escaping. What do you do when you find a lost dog's owner and don't feel comfortable with the environment you are returning her to? This was something Chelsea and I were thinking about it a lot on the drive to the house. Anyway, we got to the house and met the seventeen year old who takes care of her. He was really sweet, but uninformed. Chelsea told him a lot about taking care of a dog, especially an energetic one. Really we can't keep a dog from her owner, but we could tell him what he needs to change. We also told him he can call us anytime if he needs help.

We hope we run into her again some day, but this time not roaming the streets.
